Day 7: Just breathe

Today is Day 7 of #mybuffetyear.  Sometimes life throws us curveballs and knocks us off course!  Do you ever struggle with fear, doubts, overthinking, negativity, limiting beliefs & old stories, self-sabotage patterns, or a lack of gratitude?  Or are you the type of person that struggles with knowing the next action to take?  If so, you will want to read about my Sunday adventure which was powerful and I didn’t even have to leave the house.  

My new experience today was attending a live HypnoBreathwork® session on abundance via Zoom with Francesca Sipma.  What the heck is breathwork, you say? HypnoBreathwork® is about using your breath as the bridge to overcome the roadblocks mentioned above.  It clears the subconscious and allows a person to get into flow.  It is a mix of breathwork, hypnosis, and visioning and expanding your mind.  With all the things we want to accomplish it is important that we get there in our mind first.  It helps create surrendered intuitive action to create the next version of yourself and helps you to fiercely execute those steps to your future self.  Let me break that down for you.  Intuitive action means you are acting from your gut and you are fully in alignment.  It’s not logical action.  You take the action and you let it go.  

The breathwork session was from 12 pm CST to 1:30 CST.  We started with the overview of HypnoBreathwork®, did some journaling, and then laid down and got to work.  To break it down into the simplest form, HypnoBreathwork® is circular breath.  So you inhale belly, inhale chest, and exhale, and repeat.  It’s important that you keep the flow going so there are no blocks in breathing or energy.  I feel like I am someone who has been blocked up for a long time.  So it took me a little longer to drop into it.  I felt like it wasn’t working until closer to the end my fingers and hands were buzzing, vibrating, tingling.  Something told me I should reach out to Elliot Schwartz who is a real estate investor and co-founder of Vacation Equity Group and host of the Jacked And Happy Podcast.  If you are looking to invest in luxury real estate you should reach out to him.  I would also reach out to him if you are looking for an incredible spot to host your mastermind or private or corporate retreat in Scottsdale.  The house is going to be off the chain and it is right by Camelback Mountain.  

There is an app for HypnoBreathwork® - it’s called Mastry.  There are a number of different sessions or topics on the app such as health, flow, love, peak performance, parenting, and corporate.  There is also a great case study for sports teams.  HypnoBreathwork® can help teams get into a flow state before the game and release residual anger and stress after the game.  On May 18th, 2023 I am starting a certification to become a HypnoBreathwork® coach.  I’ve very excited to work with dads and athletes over the age of 18.  If you have any connections to the Minnesota Vikings, New York Jets, or Minnesota Gophers I would very much appreciate your introduction as this is going to help them perform better.
